CNC Punching and Braking
York has two full time engineers that program and design CNC punching and braking operations. The team works together on metal spinning applications, rolling as well as pure fabrications without metal spun products. Our proprietary processes help make uniquely successful metal spinning fabrications with tolerances that can only be achieved with metal stamping but done at York for as low as 1.20th of the cost and 1/8 the time!
Rolling PEM Stamping
Subsequent and related operations are also done at York by having all the processes in house, the different areas collaborate to improve quality and solve problems in hours instead of weeks months or never.
MIG, TIG and Spot Welding
York has an entire team of cross trained welders. Besides being experts at standard welding operations of steel, stainless steel and aluminum, York has mastered unique TIG and Argon purge welding and our spin team and fabrication team work closely to ensure assembly problems are minimized by having all operations in house.
Machining Polishing and Finishing
York routinely produces finished metal spinning, standard fabrications and full assemblies in a #4 finish but we can go to #8 upon request. We also handle zinc coating, anodizing, galvanizing, painting, vitreous enamel as other finishing operations.
Final Assembly and Testing
Final assembly and testing of a vast number of parts are handled by York for its customers. This includes assembly including insulation, welding of fittings, pressure testing, product testing, electrical wiring and fit and function testing to name only a few.
