The York Metal engineering team will design or help you design the optimum product you need for your application.  If you can provide us with a few simple details, we can come back with a product that meets or exceeds your requirements at a lower cost in most cases than you would get from traditional suppliers.
 
Complete Manufacturing Capabilities Low – Medium Volume
York Metal will do engineering, produce the drawings, processes, make tools, jigs and fixtures as well as the prototypes and production parts to move you from start to finish.  Our motto is “ From Prototype to Production” and we think we sincerely fulfill the intent of this statement.  Our specialty is low to medium volume production orders but we will do custom work too.  Volumes of anywhere between 1- 100 per month are common.

Reverse Engineering, Co development Cost Reductions
You can send us drawings, pictures or engine data or if you just want to duplicate a part you already make, send it over and we will reverse engineer it for you and start making parts with improvements to design and manufacturability that will cut costs and better performance.
